    Tarcan Kiper is the CEO and Co-founder of Neo Auvra. Tarcan has been an active speaker and author on digital health and virtual reality (VR). He has an MSc in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio, USA, 1990) and a BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University (Istanbul, Turkey, 1986). He is a science fiction, cyberpunk, and space flights enthusiast, as well as an Ironman triathlete.
